Paste or import a draft. Get back a prioritized list of problems — critical, warning, suggestion — fix what's fixable, export it ready for WordPress.
A content linter, not a writer. It doesn't touch your voice — it checks structure, readability and formatting against a standard you set, then hands back exactly what needs fixing.

Structured data (JSON-LD)
Most SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.) already generate Article and Breadcrumb schema automatically. Check before adding your own — duplicate structured data can hurt more than it helps.
Entered manually — the tool has no way to know your site's URL structure.
Built from the first numbered list in your article.

Editorial standard
These thresholds drive every check in the Problems tab. Pick a starting point, then adjust anything below — saved automatically on this device, nowhere else.
Balanced — general blog and marketing content.
Short sentences, tight SEO — news, quick updates, social posts.
More lenient on length — documentation, deep dives, features.
Very accessible, low reading level — explainers, general-audience pieces.
Requirements for the publication as a whole, independent of writing style — these stay put when you switch presets above.

words — 0 = no maximum
below this (with zero Critical issues) counts as "not ready yet"
Every article must have at least one heading containing each of these — plain text match, case-insensitive.

Each range below is the "ideal" band (a pass). Values a bit outside it still warn instead of failing outright — that acceptable margin is built in, not a separate setting.

Custom word lists
Flags every use in Problems. Add -> replacement after a term and it becomes a one-click fix in Auto-Fix too — otherwise it's flagged only, since this check doesn't exist at all until you add something here.
Adds to, rather than replaces, the built-in filler-word check.
Checks
Turn off anything that doesn't apply to how you write. A disabled check never appears in Problems and doesn't count toward the score — and it stays off if you switch presets, since it's a different kind of choice than the thresholds above.
Import / export profile
Everything above — thresholds, enabled checks, word lists, editorial policy — as one file. Share it with your team, or move it to another device; import replaces what you have now.
